Young & Associates provides access to a rich collection of online Articles. Registered members to the Young & Associates' websitese are alerted to emerging sales and sales management issues, secondary research, recommended readings, and other noteworthy sales management related news items.

Unless our website explicitly states otherwise, membership to our website is subject to our terms of use. You will also be required to register and to create an account if you have not already done so.

Modifications to the Registered Membership

Young & Associates reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Y&A Articles (or any part thereof), with or without notice. You agree that Young and Associates shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of registered membership.

Registration and Account Creation

As part of the registration and account-creation process required to obtain access to this service, you will select a username and a password. You will also provide us with certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. (If any of your registration information changes, you can edit it by visiting your "My Profile" page.) You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all usage and activity on your account.

Nontransferability of Subscriptions

Your right to access the Y&A Articles is personal to you, and you may not sublicense, transfer, sell, or assign this agreement to any other person (including another employee of your company) without the approval of Young & Associates. Any attempt to do so will be void.

The Articles of Young & Associates, Ltd. are intended as commercial offerings for business purposes. By accepting these Terms of Membership, you acknowledge that you are viewing the Y&A articles for your own or your employer's business purposes, or for other commercial purposes.

By accepting these Terms of Membership, you acknowledge that (1) you have had an opportunity satisfactory to you to review the Terms of Membership of the Y&A website, (2) you have understood the document to your satisfaction regardless of your level of understanding of English and have not been required to accept these Terms of Membership before you were satisfied with your understanding of them, (3) the requirement of entry of information for processing your subscription in English has not impaired your ability to enter such information correctly and with a full understanding of how such information will be used, (5) you waive any and all rights you may have for any further disclosure, including disclosure and communication in any language other than English, regarding this transaction.
