Susan Kadera Schulze

Susan Kadera Schulze joined Young & Associates, Ltd. in 1990 and became a Principal in 1995. She has 15 years of research, sales, and marketing consulting experience.

Ms. Schulze led the development of Young & Associates’ customer research and targeting practice. Additionally, she has played a major role in the development of the firm’s sales and marketing strategy practice. She has conducted extensive customer research projects in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, utilities and consumer package goods. In addition to her consulting activities, Ms. Schulze is the co-editor of Young & Associates’ SalesFacts™, a Marketing/Sales Research publication. She also instructs in the Management Lab program in The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Schulze received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management and Sales from the University of Northern Iowa and her MBA in Statistics and Marketing from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
